What is your return policy?

If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will accept an exchange for a new item within 7 days of the delivery date. Please click Contact if you want to submit an exchange. Otherwise, all sales are final. Please note: when submitting an exchange, you may only exchange your item for the same item.

I forgot to use a discount code that I have, can you apply it to my order?

We release discount codes through our social media pages. If you see a discount code and were planning to use it, you must insert it at the time of purchase when the order is initially placed.

How often do you release new products and styles?

We release new products and styles almost every week! Follow us on social media to stay updated!

Do you ship worldwide?

Where is your company located?

FrendzNotFur is manufactured and shipped from Asia and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, there will be a 2-4 day processing period followed by a 7-14 day shipping period for USA customers. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order and destination.

May I get a tracking number?

Absolutely! Most orders include a tracking number if you are not from a remote destination.

I ordered multiple items, will everything arrive together?

Most likely not. Each of our products are made-to-order and some items can take longer to prepare than others after your order is placed. For this reason, we ship out each item as soon as it is complete rather than waiting for the other item(s) in the order to be ready. This saves a lot of space in our warehouse by not having packages everywhere waiting to be shipped and ensures the quickest delivery times possible for each product.

Will you email me when my order is shipped out?

Of course! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order and another when your order is dispatched. If you do not get any emails, please double check you entered the correct email address!

How can I pay?

We currently accept both PayPal and credit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

Do you have sizing charts?

Yes! Sizes may vary by a few cm. Sizing charts appear on most clothing items. Some of our items are in asian sizes, so if they do not have a size chart, we recommend getting one size up than you would usually take.
